Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy:

All session fees are due in full within 3 days of our initial correspondence.

This ensures clients commit to their appointments, secures your spot, and allows my schedule to run smoothly without disruptions.
Cancellation Policy:

All session fees are non-refundable.
-
You are allowed to reschedule your appointment once.
-
After two cancellations, you will need to pay the sitting fee again to book a new appointment.
Arriving Late
General Recommendation:

If you are based in Invercargill, please allow an additional 30 minutes to find parking and make your way to the studio.

Unfortunately, I do not have allocated parking for clients, and Dee and Spey Streets are often busy.
Late Arrival:

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled and rescheduled.

For those receiving makeup or hair services, please allow at least 1 hour and 15 minutes for each service - prior to your photo-session.

I have back-to-back clients often and being late affects the quality of your experience and my schedule. Please be on time.
